1, What`s the "5C" Meaning? 
Answer: 
- "5C" is a new concept which defined by KYDZ. it is a collective name for VW latest IMMO key type.
include the 48chip, 49chip, 4A chip and more.

2, What car model use this "5C" Chip?
Answer:
- almost for VW car models after Oct. 2019 use "5C" chip. including T-Cross, Sagitar, Jetta and some Hybrid models. 

3, Which device can generate the "5C" Chip? 
Answer:
- only our KYDZ White Cube can generate it at present. need to work with the 5C OBD Helper cable together.
( if user have the Old KYDZ key maker, need to wait the updateing for it) 

4, How to generate 5C key by KYDZ Cube?
Answer:
- put simply.
- step 1:  get the Data online by 5C OBD cable.  then, get service code online.
- step 2: Generate dealer key
- step 3: Prgramming the dealer key, need to program it by DSP3 device. ( not support others key programmer at present)

5, What`s the KYDZ Cube other Function ?
Answer:
- user can check the car details information from the VIN, support to generate remote for almost car models, not only for 5C. user also can get Technical Support online by chating with Customer Service in APP.
